A 6-week somatic group coaching program for nonprofit and mission-driven leaders
Begins Sunday, October 5 | Limited to 10 participants | First cohort offered at a reduced rate

You’re holding so much. The work you do matters, and yet. your body feels like it's on overdrive. The constant pressure, the urgency, the invisible weight of caregiving, advocating, and showing up again and again. You’re leading while your own nervous system is barely hanging on.

You are not alone.
And you don’t have to do it this way anymore.

Reclaim Resilience is a six-week virtual group coaching program designed specifically for nonprofit and mission-driven leaders who are ready to reclaim their capacity, reconnect with their bodies, and lead from a place that is steady, rooted, and real.

This is not a leadership training in the traditional sense. It’s a return to the body.
It’s a nervous system reset.
It’s the foundation you didn’t know you needed.

Is This for You?

This group is for you if:

  • You’re a nonprofit director, team lead, or purpose-driven business owner

  • You hold a lot for others—and you’re exhausted

  • You often find yourself stuck in urgency, overgiving, or emotional shutdown

  • You’ve tried time management, self-care routines, or even therapy—but something still feels off

  • You’re ready to explore how stress lives in your body and learn practical, somatic tools to shift it

  • You want to lead from presence—not just survival

What You’ll Learn

Every live group session combines education, journal prompts, reflection discussion, and easy to implement focuses for the week

  • Understand how your stress response works—and how to recognize dysregulation in real time.

  • Learn how to bring your attention back to the present moment using body-based tools that restore a sense of safety and connection.

  • Explore how trauma gets stored in the body, why it’s not about the event itself, and what supports flexibility and flow.

  • Interrupt the burnout loop by understanding the biology of overwhelm, shutdown, and why rest is not a luxury, it’s a requirement.

  • Practice sharing these tools with your team, clients, or community—and explore how co-regulation shifts collective culture.

  • Anchor what you’ve learned, reflect on what’s shifted, and map out what nervous system support can look like in your leadership moving forward.
