Meeting Your Anger: A 6-Week Somatic Group for Women & Non-Binary Folks
Anger is not the enemy.
It’s a messenger. A boundary keeper. A call to action.
But for many of us, anger has been shamed, silenced, or turned inward until it feels unsafe to express.
This 6-week, in-person group is an invitation to meet your anger, to understand it, express it in healthy ways, and expand your ability to hold all of your emotions with compassion.
.

When we allow ourselves to be seen in our authentic expression of ourselves, healing begins.
-
Through a somatic (body-based) lens, you’ll learn how to:
-Recognize and listen to the messages anger carries
-Regulate your nervous system in moments of activation
-Hold and process a wide range of emotions without shutting down or exploding
-Build your capacity to stay present in discomfort
-Deepen connection with yourself and with other women in a supportive, shame-free space
-
Each 90-minute session combines:
-Education on anger, emotion, and the nervous system through the lens of Somatic Experiencing
-Grounding practices to help you regulate in real time
-Gentle movement and body awareness exercises
-Journaling prompts to connect with your own insights
-Group sharing to foster community and collective healing

Why a 6-Week Commitment?

I’m Juliana Allen, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (in training) and facilitator of body-based emotional healing. I hold space with steadiness and compassion, guiding people into deeper connection with themselves and the truth their bodies carry. My work is about meeting what’s real, anger, grief, joy, and everything in between, and creating the safety to express it. I believe that when we allow our emotions to move through us, we unlock our capacity to live with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
